This item is used and is missing a brake wheel. A small area below the door has a black spot where the paint has rubbed off. See photo. The original box is included. It has Kadee-style couplers, which are body mounted.
The prototype for this boxcar was lined for food service, and saw use into the early Conrail years. The reweigh date on this car is listed on the body as "MDV 1. 74"
